Hours are not the whole requirement

Reaching your hour count is necessary, not sufficient. Most boards also require that some of those hours cover specific subjects, and the exact list changes by state: nursing jurisprudence and ethics, implicit bias, human trafficking awareness, and infection control are common ones. A calculator can tell you the arithmetic is done; only your board's page can tell you the subjects are. That's why every requirement page here links straight back to the board.
