DBPR applies temporary fee changes to real estate renewals by cycle, including a 50 percent reduction and a waiver of the $5 unlicensed activity fee in a recent one, so no fixed figure holds. Your amount is shown in your DBPR account. A $25 late fee applies after the deadline.

What these figures do and do not cover
The hours figure is the requirement for an ordinary active renewal. It does not include first-renewal or post-licence education, which several boards set separately and which is usually larger. The fee is the board's own renewal charge and excludes late penalties, reinstatement and any third-party processing fee. Each profession page spells both out.
Deadlines are worth checking on the profession page rather than here. Some boards renew everyone on one date, some on the licensee's birthday, and some set different dates for different licence types inside the same profession.
